These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between you, the User of this platform (including any sub-domains unless expressly excluded by their own terms), and onebooksgst ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the owner and operator of the onebooksgst platform available at onebooksgst.in.
Please read these Terms carefully. Your use of the platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the platform immediately. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to act on behalf of any business entity you register on the platform.

Features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have purchased. The Company reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any feature with or without notice.
Account Registration and Eligibility
To use the platform you must register an account with a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes. Accounts created with false information may be terminated without notice.
The Company offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional security measure. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including safeguarding recovery codes generated during 2FA setup.
Each login session is tracked. You may view all active sessions and revoke individual or all other sessions from the Security page in your account settings.
Subscription Plans and Billing
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscription charges are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. All charges are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period with no pro-rata refund for unused days. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you disable auto-renewal before the next billing date.
Payments are processed via Razorpay. By completing a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. The Company does not store your full card or bank account details.
GST Data Processing
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the GST data, marketplace files, and invoices you upload to the platform. The Company provides tools to process and present this data but does not verify its correctness against the GST portal independently.
By uploading data to the platform you confirm that you are authorized to process it and that doing so does not violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
The Company accepts no liability for penalties, late fees, or other consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or late GST filings made using data processed on the platform.
Bank Statement Data Retention
Bank statement uploads are processed for short-term review, export, and accounting workflow use. Unless otherwise stated in the product or required by law, original bank statement PDFs, parsed transaction rows, and related statement records are automatically deleted after the configured retention period when cleanup is enabled, currently 7 days from upload by default.
You are responsible for downloading or exporting any bank statement output you need before the retention period ends. Used bank statement page credits are not restored when a statement is manually deleted or automatically purged after retention.
WhatsApp Notifications
WhatsApp is used by onebooksgst for selected account, support, billing, security, and service notifications.
Platform users are not provided self-service WhatsApp tooling. Internal administrators manage any required WhatsApp connection and notification configuration.
Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
All content on the platform — including software, interfaces, designs, data compilations, documentation, and reports — is the property of onebooksgst or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own lawful business purposes only.
You may not:
a) copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the platform or its underlying software;
b) resell, sublicense, or offer the platform as a white-label service to third parties without a written agreement with the Company;
c) use the platform in any way that violates applicable law, including Indian GST law, the Information Technology Act 2000, or any data protection regulation.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform for any of the following purposes:
a) uploading false, fabricated, or manipulated GST data or bank statement records to generate inaccurate compliance documents;
b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or sessions;
c) interfering with platform security, availability, or performance through automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or similar means;
d) using the platform to process data for which you do not have legal authority or consent.
Data Security and Two-Factor Authentication
The Company employs industry-standard measures including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access control, and session management to protect your data.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all users and is strongly recommended. When 2FA is enabled, access to your account requires both your password and a time-based OTP from an authenticator app. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your 2FA recovery codes. The Company cannot restore 2FA access if recovery codes are lost.
In the event of a data security incident that affects your account, the Company will notify you in accordance with applicable law. You must notify us immediately at info@onebooksgst.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Support Tickets
The platform includes a built-in support ticketing system. You may raise tickets for platform issues, billing queries, or feature requests. The Company will endeavour to respond within the SLA applicable to your subscription plan.
Support tickets are subject to fair use. Abuse of the ticketing system — including submitting false, misleading, or harassing content — may result in account suspension.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". The Company does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We provide no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of any data processed through the platform.
The Company reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend the platform. We will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned downtime where practicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, onebooksgst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss including:
a) loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
b) GST penalties, interest, or notices arising from data processed or exported using the platform;
c) loss or corruption of uploaded files, bank statement data, or GST records.
The Company's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms and Termination
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notice.
The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach.
